The top leadership got big raises coming off an excellent 2024 performance that resulted in a 16.8 percent increase in the stock price for the year ending March 31.
Since March 31, the stock has risen another 20 percent.
Ralph Lauren’s Strong in China
Like Hermès, Brunello Cucinelli, and Prada, Ralph Lauren’s Asia business is very strong.
In China Ralph Lauren saw 20 percent growth in China in their 4th quarter ending March 2025.

Daniel Roseberry, creative director of Schiaparelli [IG] just delivered one of the most scorching luxury brand campaigns in the last decade. It’s very Versace in spirit and Vogue Paris [France] under Carine Roitfeld. The campaign doesn’t rely on a secondary theme — two guys and one woman, for example, with a strong sensual undercurrent.

It was a quintessential Ralph Lauren experience — an ultimate, middle class guy makes good, American experience. They are in short supply these days, but Ralph Lauren should start a young mens academy for today’s young men so impacted by him.
In Virginia, Ralph Is the Man
After the disappointing 2024 presidential election in America, I cast my focus to work with young men in Virginia, who had voted for Trump. The group can be mixed, but it must have young male Trump voters.
For those young men — Latino, Black and White — Ralph Lauren is their hero. A mix of college men and young business owners, they stunned me with their breath of knowledge about marketing. They also know Louis Vuitton inside out, and Pharrell’s role there.
