Bella Hadid
/ Anne EnkePrada Is Poised for VIC Brainiac Status and The Prada Days of Summer 2026 Campaign
Liu Wen joins Prada ambassadors Bella Hadid, Damson Idris and Louis Partridge in fronting the growing trend of ‘urban beaches’ in global cities worldwide. David Sims [IG] photographs the campaign with creative direction by Ferdinando Verderi.
AOC doubts that Prada is prompting an intellectual discussion on ‘cool roofs’ as a highly-effective way to reduce summer heat and energy consumption. But if any luxury brand wants to advocate for that inquiry, Mrs. Prada and Prada co-creative director Raf Simons are at the head of the pack.
Miuccia Prada ‘Titan’
Miuccia Prada was first on the global TIME 100 list in 2005; she returned to the list in 2025, recognized as a ‘Titan’ for influencing fashion, identity and culture. Anne is optimistic that finally we have found a word — ‘titan’ — that fashion and culture writers are using sparingly and only for those who deserve the title by accomplishment and not hype. Fantastic!
The Mombasa, a bag created by Tom Ford for Yves Saint Laurent in 2002, is reintroduced by today’s Saint Laurent [IG] creative director Anthony Vaccarello with a new campaign headlined by Bella Hadid.
Photographer /director Glen Luchford [IG] captures details of the bag, including the leather handle, which was made of deer horn in the original Mombasa. Hand-carved, no two handles were alike.
Celebrating its one-year anniversary, Dazed MENA [IG] releases an extra special cover story starring supermodel Bella Hadid.
Released with two covers, Bella is photographed by Iranian-American photographer Yasmine Diba [IG], her best friend since destiny [perhaps] brought them together in eighth grade in 2009. While private photos are prolific on their IGs, this is their first cover shoot together.
Styled by Ashling Sarveen Massoumi for this story, Hadid is dressed and accessorised solely in Chopard, for whom Bella is a global ambassador, and NY cult label Michael and Hushi, founded by Hushidar Mortezaie and Michael Sears in 1997.
Bella Hadid fronts MIss Sixty’s Fall 2025 campaign from the privacy of her bedroom, finished with cherry-accented walls and plenty of shag. IB Kamara styles a blonde Hadid looking good in a range of denim styles from jean jackets and straight-leg jeans to flared jeans and mini skirts.
Carlijn Jacobs [IG], who photographed Bella in a retro supermarket in Mixx Sixty’s Spring 2025 campaign, gives another nod to the early 90s and 2000s. Love it.
Bella Hadid's Memorable British Vogue June 2025 Interview with Giles Hattersley
In her British Vogue cover interview and fashion shoot, Bella is styled by IB Kamara in chain-mail from Etro and Balmain and embellished tulle from Dolce & Gabbana. Her silk crepe cover dress is Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello.
High jewelry comes from Chopard — for whom Bella is a global ambassador. Earrings and super bangles are from Alexis Bittar.
Clearly, Bella Hadid and photographer Steven Meisel [IG] have excellent chemistry.
British Vogue’s IG descriptor of Bella also resonates. Bella Hadid “gives a riveting glimpse into her complex inner self.”
It’s an indisputable fact that a peculiarity of constitution or temperament surrounds the process of interviewing Bella Hadid. She is an idiosyncratic human being, which is not a negative comment.
Journalist Giles Hattersley is superb in how he handled Bella. In one moment of the interview, Bella really stepped in it with Anne — who still can’t believe how Hadid played right into the hands of the Trump Administration trying to get rid of women in high places.
I beg her mother Yolanda not to let Bella go to Washington with her controversial views, as she suggested she wanted to do.
Bella Hadid Walks Out of an '80s Enjoli Commercial Straight into Miss Sixty
Bella Hadid looks like Miss Texas in the new Miss Sixty [IG] commercial lensed by Carlijn Jacobs [IG] and styled by Ib Kamara.
Bella Hadid: Miss Texas
Was it on anyone’s bingo card that Bella Hadid would be named the National Cutting Horse Association's (NCHA) 2024 Limited Age Event (LAE) Rookie of the Year . . . after "entering the cutting community a little over a year ago."
Somehow Bella Hadid has managed to create a whole new life in Texas with her love Adan Banuelos.
I’ve read stories about Bella sleeping in the van, getting up at 5am and making breakfast — not for the Miss Sixty crew — but for her beloved cowboys. I can just see her — with the 2 hr. time difference — flipping pancakes with one hand as the sun rises, while on the phone with New York, dealing with the crisis of Orabella sold-out products all over America.
I swear that woman walked into the Miss Sixty photoshoot, straight out of an old-school Enjoli commercial. And I just love it. ~ Anne
Supermodel Bella Hadid is ‘Dressed To Thrill’, styled by Brian Molloy. Harley Weir [IG] captures the many dimensions of Bella’s identity, as she image morphs in the pages of W Magazine [IG] Vol. 4 Fall 2024 Fashion issue. Hair by Jawara and makeup by Sam Visser play a major role in taking Bella from a wild seductress to a saintly woman — a fav theme of Harley Weir photography.
Supermodel, Orabella and Kin Euphorics entrepreneur, social justice activist Bella Hadid [IG] has been named Global Ambassador of luxury Swiss jewelry house Chopard[IG].
A new Chopard campaign featuring Bella Hadid has launched with images by Alasdair McLellan [IG].
The campaign focus is Chopard’s Haute Joaillerie collections, including Happy Hearts, Happy Sport, Happy Diamonds, Ice Cube, and Alpine Eagle.
Vogue Business reached out to Laurent François, managing partner of the creative agency 180 Global in Paris, about the synergy between Bella and Chopard.
“Bella Hadid has built a brand founded on authenticity that resonates across large — and sometimes opposing — demographics,” Françoise explains.
AOC thought about Bella this week in a comparison with her and Taylor Swift.
Anne of Carversville hasn’t posted Elizaveta Porodina’s images of Bella Hadid’s Orabella ‘skin-nourishing’ fragrances campaign until today.
Given the cosmic energy of these two uber-creative humans — Bella Hadid and Elizaveta Porodina — Anne had every confidence that we would get to now.
Reading an Apple News article ‘Human Consciousness Is an Illusion, Scientists Say‘ became the door that opened posting Bella’s Orabella images this morning.
Many scientists and thinkers believe the entire universe may have an internal mind, and the phrase ‘we are all connected’ is meant to be taken literally.
Precious words come from supermodel, businesswoman, activist Bella Hadid, who covers the April 2024 issue of Vogue Italia — and presumably other April Vogues as well.
In response to the question “How are you?”, asked by interviewer Sofia Viganò, Bella responds:
“Very good: for the first time since I can remember I am clear and present. I have the feeling that, by showing my most authentic self, things and people have aligned with my destiny."
Hadid is styled by Alex Jordan Harrington in inner cleansing-mode clothes, devoid of showstopping jewelry and other beautiful distractions, with Zoe Ghertner behind the lens.
Bella’s Texas State of Mind
With her enduring love of horses and now spending major amount of time in Ft. Worth, Texas with her guy National Cutting Horse Association Riders Hall of Famer Adan Banuelos, Bella should be fronting the Fall 2024 Louis Vuitton Men’s cowboys campaign.
Supermodel Bella Hadid returns to the limelight with these four covers for The Perfect Magazine [IG] Issue Six Spring/Summer 2024.
The shoot is inspired by an image of Debbie Harry performing in 1978, wearing as a dress a poster she had torn from the wall outside the venue.
Bella is wearing a Corbin Shaw tee ‘Screaming in Perfect English’ [above] on the fourth cover — and Corbin is a major source of inspo for the covers.
Anne began her day reflecting on the raw power of Charlamagne Tha God’s views on sitting out the upcoming 2024 presidential election. Michigan Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib has called on all Muslim voters to not support US President Biden — to teach us all about ‘raw power’.
In this midst of the American political crisis, is the phrase ‘Raw Fashion Power’ to describe Bella. Is this a stupid comment, or is Bella taking a political side?
Supermodel Bella Hadid returns to the spotlight in Heaven by Marc Jacobs [IG] fall 2023 campaign. The futuristic images with a transmutation undercurrent were lensed by Carlijn Jacobs [IG], with styling by Danielle Emerson.
The Heaven by Marc Jacobs campaign is focused on new ‘Kiki Group’, a group of 2000s-era ready-to-wear and accessories that meld Y2K nostalgia with a dominant futuristic vibe.
Carlijn Jacobs did explore the idea of multiple selves in the recent Kylie Jenner for Acne Studios campaign, as noted by Fashionista. Beyond that fact, the two campaigns are speaking to visually very different imagery and context.
It’s also truth that Carlijn’s images of Kylie are garnering a lot of praise and — let’s see —this one has 2, 951, 012 IG likes. They average 1.2 million.
Many people believe that Jacobs visually amplified Kylie Jenner in a major new way. AOC is in that group.
Supermodel Bella Hadid joins photographer Carlijn Jacobs [IG] and Vogue Italia in a May 2013 cover story driven by AI. Imruh Asha styled Bella and was part of the team working with AI artist Chad Nelson. / Hair by Mustafa Yanaz; makeup by Sam Visser
The team worked on the DALL-E artificial program. Carlijn Jacobs describes a bit of the process:
After coming up with a rough concept for each photo, we shot Bella in the studio, then tried to generate background images with the AI program. I found myself having to translate my vision to the camera into a few key words, called "prompts": a far from easy undertaking for a photographer used to working with images rather than words. At first I tried to give random inputs, but I soon realized that the precision of my instructions was crucial if I was to get anywhere near the idea I had in mind.

Fashion world got a major wakeup this morning with a preview of the January 2023 Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama campaign.
Yayoi Kusama, Age 93, Rolls Again with Louis Vuitton
LV makes a big move putting Gisele Bundchen front and center in a second, historical collaboration with revered Japanese creative Yayoi Kusama, one of the world’s pre-eminent artists at age 93.
“One of the aspects of her [Yayoi Kusama’s] work is happiness, and we thought it would be really refreshing after the pandemic to have the worlds of Vuitton and the world of Kusama meet again,” Arnault explained. The successful first collaboration between the two global giants happened in 2012.
Balenciaga shifts into luxury-brand, boss-lady mode, with actor Nicole Kidman calling a board meeting to order. An uber-platinum blonde Bella Hadid, Han So-hee, Isabelle Huppert, and Khadim Sock take their seats at the table.
Balenciaga’s new Garde-Robe collection was first presented at the brand’s resort 2023 show. The May 2022 event took place at the New York Stock Exchange in Wall Street.
Isabelle Huppert sits with pumps crossed on her cluttered with boss-lady brilliance credenza. Her oversized Hourglass bag holds a masterplan for becoming the next billionaire genius — and it doesn’t involve buying Twitter at a bargain basement price from Elon Musk.
Without naming her client, Bella did ruminate in a recent interview on the contained backlash she received this year about her new role as the Swarovski ambassador.
Bella’s pro-Palestinian, perceived as anti-Israeli posts on IG, created pushback by some Israeli jewelry stores and dealers against Swarovski.
Last week, Bella Hadid did not specifically call out Kanye West, but she noted on Instagram that it would be a “disservice” to herself and her loved ones if she did not “speak up.” She went on to specifically condemn antisemitism and the “things” that have been shared about it recently on “public platforms”.
“To allow any form of antisemitism to slip by, as desensitized as the world has become, it would be a disservice to my friends, the families I have grown up with, the people I love and work with, myself, and even the Palestinian cause as a whole,” she wrote.
She then emphasised that her Palestinian community does not stand for “hatred or violence,” adding that anti-Semitic social media posts “will never be okay”.
Supermodel Bella Hadid share a cover of i-D Magazine’s Fall 2022 ‘Ultra’ issue. In Bella’s case, she is ‘Ultranova!’. Carlos Nazario styles Bella in body-baring looks lensed by Sam Rock [IG]. Douglas Greenwood interviews the super in: '“Bella Hadid: People can make up stories about me. My truth will be seen.”
Greenwood notes that in the past, publications have framed Bella’s heritage as a point of contention – or erased it completely, like when she and Gigi donated their fashion week salaries to refugees in Ukraine and Palestine, and only the former was reported on.

W Magazine’s 50th Anniversary issue is a feast for the eyes, featuring 17 of fashion’s biggest models, styled and lensed by top stylists and photographers. The formula is great — a cover, 4-5 images and a short interview by Jenny Comita.
Here we have Bella Hadid styled by Ibrahim Kamara in Burberry, Giorgio Armani, Hermes, Melitta Baumeister and more lensed by Rafael Pavarotti [IG]. See all the product credits and read Bella Hadid Is Constantly Reinventing Herself.
Michael Kors [IG] is known for his animal instincts in the same way that Ladurée is known for macarons. Kors packs up friends Bella Hadid, Alton Mason, and Cindy Bruna, along with fashion photographer Lachlan Bailey [IG] and still-life photographer Theodora Richter [IG], heading for Miami.
Smart Sensuality glamour girls Adut Akech, Bella Hadid, Jill Kortleve and Paloma Elsesser channel the ‘70s classic ‘Midnight at the Oasis’ in name and message but not music in the video. Artist Maria Muldaur sang about an empowered sensual woman in the 1973 more likely on the road in Marrakech than Mexico in the classic tune.
Aware or not, VS is also channeling the sensual, political activist feminist Frida Kahlo in this deeply political and threatening moment for American feminism. As Republicans wage a full-throttle assault on women’s rights in America, perhaps Frida Kahlo is guiding them subliminally.
Top models Achenrin Madit, Bella Hadid, Mila Van Eeten, Sora Choi, and Vittoria Ceretti come together in the streets of Brooklyn for the Ports 1961 [IG] fall-winter 2022 campaign. Balenciaga shared really exciting news on the sustainability front, including the brand’s shift to using ‘fourth choice’ leathers. These hides have been rejected for some imperfection, and the term ‘fourth choice’ is theirs.
“Everything we buy is made from leftover skins that would otherwise be burned. If you can make it into a skirt or a jacket, why not? You can find a lot of this, all over the place. We’ve been doing this for a while.”
Victoria’s Secret is determined to get us out of life’s doldrums in America. When life gives you lemons, VS gives us fruit-punch Dream Angels Summer 2022 lingerie and swimwear in a huge range of band sizes 30-40 & cups A-G. Now THAT, my friends, is a VS Fresh Jams size range that is a lingerie lover’s dream come true.
Zesty lemons and flowers are embroidered on many of the pieces — and they are scrumptious! Really beautiful, VS. Good work.
The appointment of supermodel Bella Hadid as ambassador for jeweler Swarovski has generated its first campaign, dripping with color-saturated, visual appeal. Conceptualized by creative director Giovanna Engelbert, and shot by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot, the brand message is transformative for Swarovski.
AOC always does a last 24 hours Google search on our posts, and the Jerusalem Post’s story on Israel’s rejection of Bella Hadid as Swarovski ambassador is in the #3 position, ahead of the press release.
The Yalon group, which owns Swarovski stores in Israel, has issued a statement distancing itself from Bella Hadid as the new ambassador for the jewelry brand. Limited headlines in the Israeli press — but including the important Jerusalem Post — carry a similar message, calling Bella Hadid a “top model and anti-Israel activist”.
Top models Adut Akech and Bella Hadid front ‘Hot Tips’, charting nail art as a new form of jewelry. Gabriella Karefa-Johnson styles the superfly girls in images by Valentin Herfray [IG]. Nail artists are Mei Kawajiri; Natalie Pavloski, and Sylvie Macmillan.

“She’s me on a good day.” Bella Hadid says about Sekhmet, the goddess of war, of the hot desert sun, of chaos and pestilence and its opposite, healing. Terrifying to her enemies, promising righteous retribution to her friends—especially the pharaohs—Sekhmet kept the ancient world’s generative and destructive forces in balance.
Reading Bella’s emotional but focused condemnation of war generally — and Putin’s war against Ukraine specifically — creates insights into the woman AOC has always loved. It’s totally possible to be a warrior goddess and a deep empath at the same time.
As this consummate professional points out, however, the armor or calm, deliberate demeanor required to live life intensely, as an empath who feels events around her deeply, is fertile ground for being misunderstood.
Bella Hadid announced on Thursday that she was joining sister Gigi Hadid and model Mica Argañaraz in creating ubuntu for the people of Ukraine and also Palestine.
Anne of Carversville is very committed to the concept of ubuntu as expressed by the great Nelson Mandela:
“There is a word in South Africa — Ubuntu — a word that captures Mandela's greatest gift: his recognition that we are all bound together in ways that are invisible to the eye; that there is a oneness to humanity; that we achieve ourselves by sharing ourselves with others, and caring for those around us.”
Supermodel Bella Hadid follows in the sexy footsteps of Brooke Shields, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell reminding us that “You want to know what comes in between me and my Calvins? Nothing.”
Absolutely nothing comes between Bella Hadid and her Calvin Klein underwear, belts, swimwear — all Bella’s sexy life essentials. Sorry guys . . . Bella prefers Calvins.
The woman is on a roll is all we can say.
We last left Bella Hadid posing in Self-Portrait’s images during London Fashion Week. Slip in Irina Shayk to showcase the Self-Portrait resort campaign, and Bella is back for Self-Portrait’s Spring 2022 campaign.
Stylist Haley Woolens styles Bella’s body-conscious, ruched dresses and mini suits in images by Harley Weir [IG].
The Versace Spring 2022 Campaign by Mert & Marcus is a sight to behold. W Magazine writes that it’s two years since the Hadid sisters have posed together for a photoshoot, and they look glorious. Gigi and Bella pose together and with Donatella because it’s all about the sisterhood.
Victoria’s Secret asks us to ‘Feel the Love Valentine’s Day 2022’, with the lingerie brand sending a modern love letter to each of us and to those we adore most. Zoey Grossman [IG] photographs Adut Akech, Bella Hadid, Iman Hammam, Paloma Elsesser, and Yumi Nu.
Victoria’s Secret is MAD for PLAID in the lingerie brand’s new Holiday 2021 campaign. An all-star model lineup lights up weary hearts and minds led by Adut Akech, Bella Hadid, Imaan Hammam, Paloma Elsesser, and Taylor Hill.
AOC is a total sucker for oversized plaid flowers like the one Taylor is holding, and we love the purple and fuchsia plaid. There’s also buffalo plaid for the traditionalists. The campaign video is equally charming in a modern meets retro way.
Supermodel Bella Hadid dominated the pages of Pop Magazine’s Fall 2021 issue #45, photographed by three different photographers. Carlijn Jacobs [IG] delivers three Bella covers and a sensual Hadid, styled by Emilie Kareh, as the horsewoman that she is in real life. Bella is so proficient as an equestrian that she was headed for the Olympics in 2016 before pulling out due to recurrent bouts with Lyme disease.
Glamazons Bella Hadid and Cindy Bruna bring unadulterated Bond Girl sex appeal to The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas. The duo fronts another piece of MICHAEL Michael Kors and Michael Kors mother brand collaboration with the new movie ‘No Time To Die’.
“I love the independence and the multifaceted character of each different Bond girl. She can be ANYTHING and everything. Anywhere and nowhere. Classic, cool and independent,” Bella enthuses about the 11-piece collection of swimwear, luggage, handbags and sandals. Martini glass is not included.
Bella Hadid’s sensual poses in Self-Portrait’s new campaign are littered over cyberspace. The WWD Exclusive has already traveled far and wide in support of Self-Portrait’s spring 2022 collection, revealed in London Tuesday September 2021.

We self-actualized women want people to know that the Self-Portrait website has a significant section devoted to Ethics and Sustainability. In today’s world, loving ourselves and marching to our own drum confirms that we CARE deeply about the environment and its people living on Planet Earth.
We CARE that Bella Hadid took to Instagram in February 2021, now that she has donated 200,000 trees to One Tree Planted. Bella's trees are planted in Peru.

Welcome to the creative collective, a capitalist-economy world of more than one star and a [visible] lack of winner gets all competition. Will it last? Perhaps our survival as a species depends on our hugging the idea and holding on to each other tightly.
Models on the cover [not in alphabetical order] include left to right: Kaia Gerber, Anok Yai, Precious Lee, Bella Hadid, Sherry Shi, Ariel Nicholson, Yumi Nu and Lourdes Leon. The ensemble is styled by Gabriella Karefa-Johnson and Tonne Goodman, with images by Ethan James Green.
American rapper, singer, and songwriter Playboi Carti, aka Jordan Terrell Carter, added an edgy but sophisticated vibe to the campaign, with models Anok Yai, Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Liam Powers presenting a hipper but still smart, streamlined and sensual Givenchy vision.
Whoever thought Bella and Kendall would play second-fiddle to Playboi Carti! It works.
