/Actor Ana de Armas covers the August 2022 issue of Madame Figaro France. The Louis Vuitton ambassador wears her client’s clothes in a fashion story styled by Barbara Baumel. Photographer David Roemer photographs the Latina, who plays Marilyn Monroe in ‘Blonde’, coming to Netflix in September 2022.
De Armas is receiving rave reviews, except for the disgruntled few who detect the Cuban accent the Latina has worked so hard to eliminate in the film. ‘Blonde’ is based on a fictitious portrayal of Monroe in the novel, and we want the haters to keep quiet. Marilyn Monroe is a symbol for all women, not a select few.
