Tod's Delists from Italian Stock Exchange Short-Term Investors Demands
/ Anne EnkeAfter 22 years, Tod’s Della Valle family want to delist Tod’s Group from the Italian Stock Exchange, offering stockholders a premium on their shares to essentially take their profits and go home — so that Tod’s can manage its business affairs with a more brand-building, longterm-success strategy.

/ Anne EnkeItalian blogger, businesswoman, fashion designer, influencer Chiara Ferragni fronts Louis Vuitton’s LV Arclight Slingbacks Campaign, a sexy, feminine spin on LV’s iconic LV Archlight sneakers. The LV Arclight Slingback is totally modern, however, with a wavy shape rubber sole that references the design of the sneaker and an adjustable velcro strap.

Chiara wears Gucci on the cover of Vogue Italia, accompanied by words of wisdom from Francesca Ragazzi, Head of Content of Vogue Italia, addressing the question of why Chiara Ferragni is covering Vogue Italia.
Ragazzi writes that Vogue Italia has always been at the center of international debate on controversial, international issues. This assertion may be largely true, although it’s legendary Vogue Italia editor Franca Sozzani who owns this accolade.
Vogue Italia has not possessed the same intellectual verve since the beloved and esteemed Sozzani died in December 2016.
