Tory Burch Financials

As a privately held company, Tory Burch does not publicly release its full financial results for 2025. However, several indicators from mid-2025 point to continued strategic growth, including expansion in Asia and an increasing focus on sustainability.

Burch and Roussel

In 2025, Tory Burch serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer. Pierre-Yves Roussel continues in his role as CEO, which he assumed in 2019. The former LVMH top executive Roussel and Burch married in December 2018 at her Antigua Estate [formerly owned by Bunny Mellon.]

Roussel has been in the AOC news this year, in the ascension of Jonathan Anderson to creative director of Dior. In 2013 Roussel, then chairman and chief executive of LVMH Fashion Group, said about bringing Jonathan Anderson onboard in 2013: "When Delphine Arnault and I first met Jonathan, we immediately felt that we could help him express the full potential of his innovative, fast-emerging and already influential brand."

Strong performance in 2024: Multiple reports from early 2025 cite Tory Burch's financial strength in 2024, noting the brand sold an estimated $1.8 billion worth of products. This came after a reported "highest earning year ever" in 2023, where revenues approached $2 billion, demonstrating sustained success entering 2025.

Forbes reports that Tory Burch is America’s most financially-successful, self-made woman. Vogue estimates the value of Tory Burch at $3.5 billion.

Huge Ambition Goals at the Tory Burch Foundation

In early May 2025, the Inaugural Tory Burch Foundation Founders Breakfast honored Martha Stewart in a celebration at The Pierre. The designer has long championed initiatives for women, but she made a historic commitment at this 15th anniversary celebration of the Tory Burch Foundation.

Burch unveiled an ambitious new pledge: to generate more than $1 billion in economic impact through women entrepreneurs by 2030.

Over the past 15 years, the Tory Burch Foundation has supported nearly 400 women entrepreneurs whose collective revenue now exceeds $340 million—establishing a proven model for accelerating women-led businesses at a time when female founders still face steep barriers to growth and access to capital.

Only 4.2% of women-owned businesses in the U.S. surpass $1 million in annual revenue. Among Tory Burch Foundation women — called Fellows — that number rises to 42%—underscoring what's possible with targeted support and access to the right resources.

Tiffany Dufu is the President of the Tory Burch Foundation and founder of The Cru, a peer-coaching tech company acquired by Luminary in 2023. Historically, 50 women entrepreneurs become fellows each year, nurtured by a network of primarily women that is one of the most impressive in business. Take a read at the Tory Burch Foundation website.

Speaking to the press at the Tory Burch Foundation Founders Breakfast, Dufu explained that 50 fellow each year is not enough. “We need to get to a $1 billion by 2030 so we’re increasing the number of women entrepreneurs and laser focused on ensuring they’re growing their businesses.”
