/The Loro Piana [IG] Holiday 2025 Campaign, styled by Aleksandra Woroniecka, welcomes returning Loro Piana photographer Annemarieke Van Drimmelen [IG]. The Loro Piana Holiday 2025 Campaign celebrates the renowned painter Balthus, arriving at his former vacation home, the Grand Chalet. Built in 1754 in the heart of the Swiss Alps, in a place called Rossinière, the former hotel is a Swiss heritage site and one of the largest wooden structures in Europe.
Today, it is the home and studio of Balthus’ daughter Harumi Klossowska de Rola and her family. More than a mere residence, it is where heritage, art, and savoir-vivre are in constant conversation between generations.
The Loro Piana Holiday 2025 collection reflects this spirit and is designed for every holiday moment, from the slopes to memorable evening occasions. In precious cashmeres and wools, the silhouettes are effortlessly layered and come accompanied by a curated edit of refined gifts.
Harumi Klossowska de Rola [IG] is accustomed to living in big houses. Her first home was the massive Renaissance Villa Medici at the edge of the Borghese gardens, residence of the French Academy in Rome, which was run throughout the 1960s and much of the 1970s by her father.
The designer conceives high jewelry pieces for Chopard and Boucheron, and her own collection. In a New York Times T Style piece on her life, written in 2015:
She was photographed by Henri Cartier-Bresson, took tea with Federico Fellini and watched David Bowie interview her father. Among her most prized possessions is a coral and silver cuff she was given at age 12 from Loulou de la Falaise, the Yves Saint Laurent muse and wife of her other half-brother, Thadée.
Loro Piana, now headed by Frédéric Arnault, age 29, is now considered one of the top performing assets at LVMH. Most estimates are that the brand generates about $2.7 billion in revenue and is very popular among the Americans and in Europe. The brand grew exponentially under the leadership of former CEO Damien Bertrand, who is now Deputy CEO of Louis Vuitton.
Presently in New York, Loro Piana has taken over the famous windows of Bergdorf Goodman with one of the more technically elaborate and sophisticated displays to grace BG.
