Photographer Elizaveta Porodina [IG] brings her creative combustion talents to a fashion story for Modern Weekly [China] Style [IG] June 2024, featuring ‘Killing Eve’ actor Jodie Comer.

AOC notes that on Jodie Comer’s IG, she says “Elizaveta Porodina, you are the fucking best!” Anne is happy to report that my not-evil eye [most days] picked the lead image Porodina describes as “I want this picture as a postcard and poster everywhere.”

Comer will hit June 21, 2024 movie screens in Jeff Nichols’ film ‘The Bikeriders’, also starring Austin Butler and Tom Hardy. There is such disorder in the movie house, that there is no way we can conflate Porodina’s images with a blood and guts Chicago biker gang — even one with Austin Butler.

The film is such a unique story about packs of Harley Davidson riders in 1960s midwestern America, that it requires its own post.

AOC always narrates the new movie with the publicity fashion story and film video. Not today.

Additionally, there’s a photography book released with the movie — one more reason to separate the two events. So a separate post it is.

Porodina would probably kill me metaphorically for disrupting her lightbearing visual tapestry with ‘The Bikeriders’ film trailer.
