Hudson says her biological dad Bill Hudson "doesn't know me from a hole in the wall." People can ask what she knows about being a busy single mom juggling two careers and thinking she should be doling out advice. Respectfully, Hudson counters with the reality that she's "at a place in my life where if someone wants to know what I do to stay healthy, why not tell them? Why not put it out there."
