Kardashian haters can redirect their butt focus from Kim to Khloe, as the younger sister flaunts her curves in what Kim calls Khloe’s “sexiest shoot yet”, a racy lensed by Steven Gomillion for Complex magazine’s latest issue. Kim was on the scene, acting as self-appointed creative director, and writer Lauren Nostro conducted the interview.

Khloe, 31, poses in a black mesh thong bodysuit, an Addidas onesie, a Moschino bra and high-wasted black Spanx shorts in Complex’s August 2015 cover story.

While the haters will jump on Khloe’s butt, decrying her voluptuous figure compared to Karlie’s Kloss and the VS Angels strong but lean, very lean physiques (see Karlie for Self August 2015 and the VS Angels diet and workout regimen) Khloe has worked very hard for this body, under the direction of trainer Gunnar Peterson.

For those quick to not only decry her Khloe Kardashian’s curves as unseemly and even vulgar (good girls don’t have curves and especially in the fashion industry) but accuse her of having a Photoshop-generated body, Khloe shared both a before and after image from the shoot. The gesture allows people to make make their own assessments about the ‘truth’ of her Complex images.

“I don’t know if I’m ever gonna feel like ‘Daaamn, you look good,” Khloé says of battling her own body insecurities. “But I’ve never felt as comfortable in my own skin than I do now.”

Khloe says she’s not the only Kardashian with insecurities, referring to youngest sister and fashion/beauty ‘it’ girl Kylie Jenner’s decision to get lip injections. “Sometimes things bother her. She used to always take pictures covering her mouth. I didn’t even know when she first did her lips. It wasn’t noticeable, then it started getting bigger and bigger. I guess that was something she just wanted.”

In what emerges as an ultimate compliment to the Kim/Kanye marriage, Khloe assesses their bond in the most positive ways.

“Kim being married to Kanye is a completely different Kim. Kim is so at peace with herself,” muses Khloe. “No one else in the world could have the conversations that those two have. What I love about Kanye is that he wants to build her up instead of take her down.”
