Deva Cassel in Maria Grazia Chiuri's Last Dior Resort 2026 Collection in L'Official China

Actor and Christian Dior ambassador Deva Cassel covers L’Officiel China October 2025 wearing Maria Grazia Chiuri’s final Resort 2026 collection for the house of Dior.

Deva was born in Rome to an Italian mother [Monica Bellucci] and French father [Vincent Cassel]. She lived in France and was schooled there, although Italian is one of the five languages she speaks fluently. The house ambassador has strong ties to both France and Italy, but she thinks about being more French than Italian.

Anne of Carversville was focused on the growing influence of Italy before the world got its first American pope on May 8th. In writing about the Louis Vuitton resort 2026 show, Anne said that all roads lead to Italy. That statement is rock solid today, and we’re about to get a global history lesson in the coming years.

Deva Cassel’s movie ‘Zero A.D’. just lost its December 19 opening slot to make room for another film ‘David’ of David and Goliath fame. Zero A.D. where Cassel plays a young Virgin Mary, protecting her child Jesus from a murderous King Herod the Great, is moved to 2026.

Okay, Anne has to punt. I can’t leave Deva Cassel hanging out as the Virgin Mary and not give her a bit of joy. This Disney press release gives you a lot of information.

That would be Voices of Fire, founded by Pharrell’s uncle Archbishop Ezekiel Williams from Hampton Roads, part of the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and northern North Carolina conglomerate.

Louis Vuitton, Pharrell and 253,000 Human Lights Go to the Vatican

Let’s drop into the Vatican St. Peter’s Square the night of September 13, 2025, where my man Pharrell and our Voices of Fire choir, John Legend, and many more talents left us speechless.

In over 2000 years, the Papacy has never hosted a secular concert on its grounds. The Vatican only came into existence as an independent city-state in 1929, but the site’s religious significance has existed since Emperor Constantine built the first St. Peter's Basilica over his tomb in the 4th century, establishing the location as a Christian pilgrimage site.

An entire crew of Louis Vuitton dressed, super-talented, gorgeous and inspiring men were everywhere you looked — and Anne and 20 friends had a good cry with each other over the state of our world. When John Legend sang the Oscar winning ‘Selma’ [on this partial video of the event] I just lost it totally.

American Democracy seems so fragile in this moment, but I admit 7 million Americans at the No Kings marches yesterday gave me a shot of adrenalin. And Pharrell’s words about the need for grace are so inspiring. If you don’t think Virgil Abloah was plugged into the event, I can’t help you.

Even into the next day we were texting and repeating how moved we were by the multi-hour event. ~ Anne
