American Energy Boom | Opus Dei FOX Reporter New Communication Head At Vatican | Nuns on the Bus

Foreign Policy shares Think Again: The American Energy Boom, a middle of the road analysis on the future of American oil production and natural gas output. Not being specialists in either field, it seems to us that the news is far better than any discussion we’ve heard on the campaign trail.
It’s entirely possible, writes FP, that the US will reclaim its spot as the world’s largest oil suppliers, thanks to hydraulic fracturing — better known as fracking. The process of unlocking vast quantities of oil and gas buried in shale rock deep underground is controversial. So is deepwater drilling.
Today Saudi Arabia produces 10 million barrels of crude oil each day, versus about 6 million for the United States. Add on surging production of natural gas liquids, and the figure moves to 8 million barrels a day. EVen the cautious US Energy Information Administration (EIA) sees combined production at about 10 million barrels a day by 2020.
We never hear this news in the relentless anti-Obama energy ads, but Robert Hefner, who understands well the natural gas market as an entrepreneur, points out in his book The Grand Energy Transition that the cost of heating 65 million American homes by natural gas has fallen $20 billion annually.
Is Fracking Safe?
Fareed Zakaria is our go to expert on many subjects. Watching his Sunday GPS show recently, Fareed referenced the recent environmental study undertaken by the Environmental Defense Fund, which suggests that fracking can be done at comparatively low risk.
The rise of shale gas is shaping up to be the biggest shift in energy in generations. And its consequences — economic and political — are profoundly beneficial to the United States.
Nuns on the Bus
The Spittin’ Sister from Philadelphia will be meeting up with Nuns On the Bus next weekend, in the last phase of their bus tour for social justice. The sisters will be heading out to DC to end their rally for economic justice next weekend.
In writing just now about the Vatican’s new Fox News Opus Dei guy Gregory Joseph Burke, now in charge of communications and messaging strategy for the Vatican, we pulled out several older AOC articles on theocracy in America.
Anne has a major essay that will be published on Tuesday 10 pm. Stay tuned. Her focus is why PA voters in the 16th district must defeat incumbent Joe Pitts, who in 2002 was scheduled to speak at a conference so radical that it supports stoning in America as punishment. Our AOC mouths have been open for years on the subject of women’s rights and the erosion of church and state in America.
After researching her 4500 word essay on taking down Joe Pitts — and why concerned Americans must support Aryanna Strader’s campaign with funding — she is shaking in her stilettos.
We can’t ignore the term Harlot Babylon, referenced in Anne’s 2011 article on Oprah being called a harlot. Reading what is said about women of compassion, it occurs to us that the nuns are probably Babylon Harlots (aka radical feminists, according to the Vatican) too.
Opus Dei Fox Reporter @ Vatican
Fox News correspondent Greg Burke will leave the company to become the senior communications adviser to the Vatican. Burke, is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a member of the ultra conservative Opus Dei movement. The story broke ahead of schedule, reflecting the communications chaos swirling through the Vatican.

The Harlot Babylon will be a religion of affirmation, toleration, no absolutes, a counterfeit justice movement. They will feed the poor, have humanitarian projects, inspire acts of compassion for all the wrong reasons. They won’t know it, beloved they will be sincere, many of them, but their sincerity will not in any way lessen the impact of their deception.
