The Hollywood strike disrupted actor Sydney Sweeney’s ability to speak about her past and future projects with the September 2023 issue of S Moda for El Pais [IG].

If Sweeney’s role of Eden Spencer in the critically-acclaimed television series "The Handmaid's Tale" caused her to choke when she heard the latest reason from Judge James Ho of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals why abortion must be illegal in America, she couldn’t speak of it on air by acknowledging her past character.

Sweeney’s work in ‘The White Lotus’ cannot be discussed, nor projects in development at her own production company ‘Fifty Fifty Films’.
