When Jonathan Anderson presented his FW 2026 Dior collection, Alexa Chung had a great seat for watching the event held at the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris. The memorable show was staged over the park’s ‘Bassin Octogonal’ — the central lily pond — on a gorgeous and very warm day in Paris.

Bureau Betak designed the awe-inspiring, custom-built, floating glass pavilion in a season where he [Alexander de Betak] also produced the set for Miu Miu FW 2026. Betak”s work with Dior goes back to the John Galliano years.

"What fascinates me about him is that I find it completely novel," Chung confesses to this headline. "I love that he is an artist, and that he incorporates his immense curiosity for cinema, architecture, ceramics, music, theater and so many other artistic disciplines to his designs. His is always a poetic expression of the moment, because he is able to capture the cultural temperature and then transmit it," he says.

Dior 2026/2027 Cruise Show in LA May 13

Jonathan Anderson’s debut cruise show will take place in Los Angeles on May 13. The site is the grounds of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the backdrop of its new wing designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Swiss architect Peter Zumthor and bearing a price tag of about $724 million.

Known officially as the David Geffen Galleries, the new wing opened on April 19 with two weeks of priority member access before opening to the public on May 4.

Meet Dior Chef Dominique Crenn

Dior opened a new, four-story flagship store known as the House of Dior Beverly Hills in September 2025. The third floor features the first ‘Monsieur Dior ‘restaurant outside of Paris, led by Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn [IG]. Her San Francisco flagship Atelier Crenn made her the the first female chef in America to earn three Michelin stars.

The culinary star also leads ‘Café Dior by Dominique Crenn’ at the Highland Park Village boutique in Dallas.
