Apple Martin Poses in Vogue US March 2026, Lensed by Letty Schmiterlow
/Rising model Apple Martin appears in the March 2026 issue of American Vogue [IG], styled in at-ease luxury fashion from Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Calvin Klein, Dior, Jil Sander, Loewe, Prada and more. Martin is 21, about to graduate from Vanderbilt University, and prepared for anything but the lawyer career she once dreamed having. As the eldest child of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, Apple tells Vogue that “I was in that rebellious, ‘I don’t want to be like my parents’ phase.”
These days, Apple’s taking a page from her mom’s playbook. “My dream is to act.”
Apple Martin, whose dad is Coldplay’s Chris Martin, took the stage in an impromptu move last October. Surprising friends, fans and the public at large as the scene went viral, Apple joined the Los Angeles-based musical duo Jade Street onstage at Nashville's Canary Hall. Martin sang their single ‘Satellite’.
It’s also no surprise that Paltrow did not favor her daughter giving up so soon on her music career. Gwyneth Paltrow comes from the “never let them see you sweat school” and especially when when nepotism is the most consistent criticism.
As AOC digs deeper, many of the 300 or so comments on this YouTube video say that this video is stronger for Apple, than what they heard in Nashville.
Jade Street, a very young duo, has stood with Apple Martin, being very public in praising her contributions to ‘Satellite’. The public rift with her mom just adds fuel to the nepotism fire. Hopefully, the argument won’t spin out of control into Beckham family territory.
Although AOC tends to support the rights of nepo-babies to exist in the public square and be judged on their own merits, Apple doesn’t help her case, telling Vogue about the time her mom allowed her to stage “a little Grinch Christmas robbery” in her archive-filled [clothes] closet. That little gem just advances the nepo baby theory and Apple herself is trading on it.
