Nuria Rothschild Is Spellbinding in Vogue Arabia November's Larger-Than-Life Gowns
/The November 2024 issue of Vogue Arabia [IG] delivers another of their exquisite, beautiful and bold fashion stories. Consistency of content is the middle name of Vogue Arabia, as EIC Manuel Arnaut executes a delicate balance of culture and fashion grandeur with accomplished women and reverence for the regions’ roots.
This is one magazine that AOC studies, and I almost see Arnault behind the curtain pulling the levers far away from the comfort of home base — but not too far. The EIC likes driving fast and he puts the pedal to the metal, but always with a keen sense of when to slow down, as he’s entering a new zone still under construction. Hmmm, where are the landmines.
It’s a strong intuitive, instinctual sense that man’s got — and keen ‘humans-around-him’ radar. The modern expression is that Arnault “reads the room”. This is a man on a mission, a different objective than most Vogue EICs, and AOC really supports him. I love people with quiet, calculated moxie, and he’s got it — a royal flush.
