Kaia wanted to shoot the campaign in Los Angeles. The team rallied around the studio of artist Sterling Ruby, a close friend of Mulier’s. Ruby is represented by Gagosian Gallery.

Kaia is very much coming into her own confident identity in these images. She was pushed — and I’m sure went willingly — into one magazine shoot in particular, where she could not carry the femme fatale goddess moment. Today would probably be very different.

Gerber wasn’t on the Golden Globes red carpet with boyfriend Austin Butler, who won a Best Actor award for his work on the Baz Luhrmann biopic 2022 film ‘Elvis’, Tuesday night.

Butler, who notoriously hates paparazzi as much as Prince Harry, invited his sister Ashley to accompany him to the ceremony. But Kaia Gerber greeted Butler back stage, before heading off to the after awards party at the Chateau Marmont.

Gerber and Butler also attended the W and Louis Vuitton pre-Golden Globes dinner together. W Magazine editor-in-chief Sara Moonves and Vuitton designer Nicolas Ghesquiere hosted the party at a private residence in Beverly Hills.

AOC will only say that never have we seen Kaia Gerber smile so fabulously as she does with Butler. The couple has been notoriously discrete about their relationship and Butler has made it clear that he intends to keep it that way.
