In 2020 H&M Group-owned COS made a major commitment to sustainable denim manufacturing, launching a collection that uses 100 percent organic cotton. The first COS store opened on Regent Street, London in 2007.

COS Sustainability Goals Reached:
In 2020, 76% of the materials in COS collections were sustainably sourced.
In 2021, COS was 86% sustainable before year’s end. The final 2021 analysis is not complete.
