I’m looking forward to Antidote Magazine’s The Animals issue. Catherine McNeil, Constance Jablonski, Ginta Lapina, Liu Wen and Toni Garrn make the teaser movie, lensed by sensual maestro Txema Yeste. The cast wears sexy styles from Gucci and Cartier with creative direction and styling by Yann Weber.

The Antidote team always expresses female sensuality with intelligence and smart provocation, often unmasking social fears and unconscious desires with editorials that resonate in my mind. Antidote always rejects prim and proper good girls — which we are not. Simultaneously, women are rarely objectified but rather understood in our complexity. MSMR’s pop song ‘Hurricane’ signals darkly erotic undertones coming with The Animals. Here’s hoping. ~ Anne
