Eartha Kitt: A 5-Star Dame

Eartha Kitt, the woman called a “seductive talent” by theNYT is dead of colon cancer. Her obits are now being written.

For now, Eartha Kitt is the “sultry singer, dancer and actress who rose from South Carolina cotton fields to become an international symbol of elegance and sensuality”. (NYT)

I adore her because Eartha Kitt taught women to be sexy at any age. I can’t imagine executing her “purrrrr” … it’s tougher than a French “throaty rrrrrrrrr”.

Talk about being in command of yourself … performing in cat suits at 75 or even older.
