/Dior muse, French model and actor Laetitia Casta has graced the pages of ELLE France for decades.
Casta achieved recognition as a Victoria’s Secret Angel for a short time from 1998 to 2000, after becoming a 90s icon as a Guess girl in 1993. Her relationship with L’Oreal was also launched in 1998 and continues today.
At a minimum, Laetitia Casta has appeared on 250 magazine covers minimum. In 1999 she became the national symbol of the French Republic, chosen by French mayors in 1999 to embody liberty, equality, and fraternity for the new millennium in her role as Marianne.
This choice represented a modern, working woman, reflecting solidarity, openness, and tolerance, following in the footsteps of previous Mariannes like Brigitte Bardot and Catherine Deneuve. Laetitia Casta shares a daughter with her former partner Stephane Sednaoui; a son and daughter with ex-fiancé Stefano Accorsi; and a son with her husband since 2017, actor Louis Garrel
Casta is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, advocating for children's welfare, a role that reflects her dedication to youth.
