Wolford Taps Elizaveta Porodina's Unique Mind and Third Eye for Fall 2022 Campaign

Photographer Elizaveta Porodina [IG] brings her unique, psychological artistry to Wolford’s [IG] Fall/Winter 2022 campaign.

“Wolford is legendary to all fashion photographers. This campaign explores the idea of a challenge within the human condition — the body, the mental fragments of a person and their placements in space — motivations made possible only by such an iconic brand,” Porodina shares in a press release announcing the campaign.

Wolford CCO Silvia Azzali seconds this sentiment, saying, “Here at Wolford, we are so thrilled to have such an influential female photographer as Elizaveta on board. We are convinced that her visionary and creative artwork will take our fashion iconography to even higher levels of inspiration and confidence for all.”

Wolford is known for treating women like glamazons, and Fall 2022 extends that history. Campaign models include Felix Gesnouin, Grace Clover, Michelle Laff and Tim Reimann, styled by Victoire Simonney. / Hair by Pierre Saint Sever; makeup by Cecile Paravina

The campaign explores fluid modes of identity, blurring as always the complexity of the human mind. Featuring a male model for the first time, the campaign demonstrates the brand’s enduring commitment to inclusivity and welcomeness.

Of all photographers, Porodina’s clinical psychologist background gives her a unique visual methodology that is both experimental and painterly. Carl Jung would have adored the photographer’s deeply psychological voyages into the human psyche — and in the name of fashion!
