Talking about the Paris Olympics, Xiao Wen Ju talks so positively about her now intense fascination with sports, tennis, running and meditation. Her disciplined approach to sports has enriched her perception of her own body in different ways.

“I’m more resilient than ever, I might have been crisp, now I’m tough,” the new mother explains. “I didn’t think exercise was a big role in my life before, but now it’s as important as eating, drinking, breathing.”

Sports is the platform by which the supermodel has been able to hone her concentration and endurance, existing as a roadmap to regain her balance of mind and body, 10 months after giving birth to her daughter.
