ELLE France heads to Kenya in a special fashion examination of the simplicity and the intimacy of travel — the experience of becoming closer as humans is in itself an adventure, writes ELLE France. Supermodel Anja Rubik is center stage, joined by Alexandra Agoston with styling by Géraldine Saglio.

Chris Colls [IG] is the photographer in charge, with the group staying at Lewa House [IG] , in the heart of Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Because AOC is deeply embedded in elephant conservation and the history of Kenya in the Turkana basin [the exit point out of Africa by early humans] — with more than one of my muses from Kenya — we will write a separate fresh post on the land and its people.
