Anne here, thrilled to launch our new project Ageless Fabulosity, focused on Sensual and Superyoung women over 50.

The project will run with images in Private Studio, interviews in Body|Beauty|Culture and erotic nude images on Sensuality News.

This is a long-term project with a specific goal of changing the image of aging American women. American women believe collectively that we peak at 28, with French, Italian and Brazilian women answering 35 and 45. Fully half of French women say their peak beauty is at 45.

Changing this view of aging in America has been my goal since leaving Victoria’s Secret over a decade ago. I believe that our culture creates psychological problems for women that we don’t being to comprehend but our connected to our lack of respect for nurturing our bodies with healthy food, exercise and a dose of self love.

This week Dr. Carla Johnson, an American who found her sensual older-woman self in France, and (Dr.) Alex B, a British model from Italy, interview each other about being older nude models, and in Alex B’s case, finding increasing amounts of work as a fashion model.

We’re eager to hear your feedback and ideas about the development of this project. Our core reader at AOC is 65% female, aged 18-25, and then 35-55. In particular, we want to intervene and influence the 35 year-old woman, adjusting her mindset to Ageless Fabulosity.
