Is This Image The Norm of Karl Lagerfeld's 2011 Pirelli Calendar?

It will be interesting to see how Karl Lagerfeld reframes the historical position of women — if at all — in his interpretation of women’s place in the Pirelli Candar. With his very favorite muse Baptiste Giabiconi is at the center of the Pirelli Calendar image action, let’s hope women don’t become mere frosting on the cake.
