Anglo-French actress and singer-songwriter Charlotte Gainsbourg is lensed by Peter Lindbergh for Vogue Italia’s January 2011 issue.

In 2009 Gainsbourg won the best actress award in Cannes for her role in Antichrist.

For readers unfamiliar with the film, a couple is passionately making love while their young son Nick climbs out of his crib, then onto a desk near an open window. The baby falls to his death, at the very moment his mother reaches orgasm.

Subsequently, Gainsbourg is consumed with guilt and falls into assorted patters of psychotic, aggressive sexual behavior.
