Rosie has demonstrated a lot of common sense in her career management, telling Glamour that she has always been aware that her time in the limelight is "a fleeting moment".  By her own admission, knowing exactly which steps to take next were confounding and unclear. Perhaps never more so than when Rosie decided to return her Victoria's Secret Angel wings. Reflecting on the challenges of career management, Rosie says: 'There have definitely been times in my life when I've been like, 'Oh God, I wish I knew Elle Macpherson well enough to pick up the phone to call her!''
