Laetitia Casta has a new admirer — the point of which is I don’t know what. Perhaps her splendid laces and finery will tame the wild beasts around her, bringing a peaceful sensuality across the land. Perhaps we’re supposed to understand that apes and chimps are far more edudite than we acknowledge. Perhaps the team believes men own the animal kingdom and can do what they want with it. Perhaps Laetitia just likes animal editorials — remember Karl’s Choupette. I don’t know.
