Bernie Sanders Die-Hards Fight Like Hell To Not Support Hillary, Liking Bernie's Opposite Johnson Instead
/How Bernie Sanders Die - Hards Echo Clinton Conspiracy Theories by Clare Foran The Atlantic
Reading Foran's article and following her link to the Facebook Sanders supporter Adryenn Ashley, who posted last Monday that Hillary may "have used a body double after leaving the memorial to conceal health problems", I was stupified. Imagine my total shock to read that a bunch of my own FB friends who are Bernie supporters support Ashley, the woman with no medical knowledge of Hillary Clinton's health, but concludes anyway -- clearly in an effort to discredit Hillary as Trump has sought to discredit President Obama -- "I think she's way, way, way sicker than just pneumonia."
Meanwhile, Adryenn Ashley is promoting her three-day retreat in South Lake Tahoe -- her Girlsfriends Getaway Weekend" with the self-promoting attribute: "Adryenn is so good at taking complex concepts and making them concrete, simple, and actionable. " Right, Elaine Starling. Sorry, but I'm not impressed and neither are the other millions of intelligent, action-oriented women who support Hillary and don't believe for one moment that she's using a body double to conceal her death-bed-ready, deteriorating health. If Adryenn gets her way, Hillary will drop dead before election day, and Bernie will somehow be installed -- not Trump but her darling Bernie. How nauseating!
Trump calls for removing Clinton's Secret Service detail to 'see what happens' Politico
The Secret Service met with the Trump campaign after his call to end Hillary Clinton's Secret Service detail and see what happens. We've crossed over the line of trying to analyze or attribute rational motivation to anything that Trump does. He is out of control and a danger to the planet. For the record, Hillary Clinton does not seek to overturn the Second Amendment, which she cannot do as president. Nor can the Supreme Court overturn the Second Amendment. Hillary Clinton supports certain sensible gun control measures and Donald Trump opposes any attempt to regulate the machine guns all over America.
"Donald Trump on Friday evening waded into a Second Amendment controversy on a day dominated by "birtherism" headlines, when he called on Hillary Clinton’s security detail to disarm so we can “see what happens to her."
“She wants to destroy your Second Amendment,” he said at a Miami rally. “I think what we should do is she goes around with armed bodyguards, like you have never seen before. I think that her bodyguards should disarm, right? Right? Think they should disarm. Immediately, what do you think? Yes? Yes. Yeah. Take their guns away. She doesn’t want guns. Let’s see what happens to her.”
An Angry Obama Puts Himself on the Ballot Politico
The strategy is brilliant in courting young millennials who would rather support a losing-bid third-party candidate which would likely give the presidency to Trump.
Declaring he would consider it “a personal insult, an insult to my legacy” if black turnout falters for Hillary Clinton, Obama pressured his supporters in no uncertain terms.
“My name may not be on the ballot, but our progress is on the ballot,” Obama said, his voice rising. Confidants told Politico that the president went well beyond the original version of the speech. “Tolerance is on the ballot. Democracy is on the ballot. Justice is on the ballot. Good schools are on the ballot. Ending mass incarceration, that’s on the ballot right now.”
Hope and change was his campaign slogan eight years ago. This year, Obama said, Trump presents a nightmarish vision of change that he implored in a directly demanding way that the country reject.
