Jonathan Anderson's LOEWE Archives by Nick Yang for W Magazine China March 2024

LOEWE’s inaugural public exhibition “Crafted World” is open in the Shanghai Exhibition Center, running until May 5th. Curated by Loewe creative director Jonathan Anderson, ‘Crafted World’ is “an homage to all the craftspeople around the world who have dedicated their lives to the handmade.”

The exhibition invites visitors to immerse themselves in iconic designs and cultural collaborations that have informed Loewe, as it evolved from its founding as a leather-making collective in Madrid in 1846 to one of the world’s leading luxury fashion house. Today, LOEWE is part of the LVMH family of the world’s top luxury brands.

Accompanying the Shanghai opening of “Crafted World” on March 22, W China released this fashion story Jonathan Anderson‘s “Archive” at LOEWE.

Together with Anderson, the magazine selected his iconic looks from his representation at the “Crafted World” exhibition.
