Mia Regan Wears S.S.DALEY in 'Fine and Dandy' for British Vogue January 2025

British Vogue’s [IG] January 2025 issue shares ‘Fine and Dandy’, a fashion feature on British label S.S.DALEY, founded by Steven Stokey-Daley [IG] on Instagram at the end of 2020.

Harry Styles is a minority investor and ‘early adopter’ of the S.S.DALEY brand, with the designer winning the LVMH Prize in 2022 and stepping into womenswear for the first time in spring 2025.

Emma Corrin is also a big supporter of S.S.DALEY, whose first womenswear collection for Spring 2025, and featured here pays tribute to the British painter Gluck and Constance Spry, the hugely fashionable high society florist, who was one of her many lovers.

Gluck, born Hannah Gluckstein on August 13, 1895, in London, grew up in an affluent and progressive Jewish family. Gluck was the offspring of the prosperous Gluckstein family, who were part of the family behind the successful J. Lyons and Co. business empire. Despite her privileged upbringing, Gluck always resisted societal norms and conventions, especially in terms of gender roles and expectations.

Sarah Mower writes on Vogue Runway:

Stokey-Daley’s principle of queering English classics sailed through into the ‘feminine’ in the form of knife-pleated flower print skirts and pixellated blue roses on beaded handbags, and the ‘masculine’ a ‘morning suit’ and a white tuxedo with pin-tucked panels. Mower is very enthusiastic about the women’s collection and so is AOC.
