British actor Emma Laird has attended multiple Louis Vuitton [IG] shows, including the women’s Cruise 2024 show, held on the picturesque island of Isola Bella in Italy.

The ‘Mayor of Kingstown’ star stepped into the lens of photographer Jamie Hawkesworth [IG]for the Louis Vuitton 2024 Cruise Collection campaign.

Laird joins models Chu Wong, Ida Heiner, Mica Argañaraz and Valentina Castro in the campaign ads styled by Florent Buonomano and Marie-Amélie Sauvé. Creative directors Charles Levai and Kevin Tekinel made a marvelous contribution to this campaign concept. Not sure if they worked on the fashion show itself.

From the clothes to the show to the campaign, it’s all marvelous. We can only assume that Nicolas Ghesquière is very pleased with himself and the entire Louis Vuitton team.

Now, as for these visuals, no this is not the format for all new posts going forward. However, AOC and I have a very engaged Pinterest. We’ve earned our followers in slo mo over the years and Pinterest is frankly more important to us than Google.

More than one photographer has told us how s[he], they, it — it’s actually more men here — appreciate the taste level of our Pinterest. AND, we have done 5-slide pins for years, and we still have 1.5-2% daily engagement from Pinterest on AnneofCarversville.com.

So I can’t screw this up with all the new rules. I can’t work on an iPhone, so I will be at the Apple store tomorrow getting the latest, greatest iPad. They are pretty amazing. My two new super Macs are worthless, as we can only do Pinterest slides and/or videos on the IOS app.

These slides will be our first Pinterest ideas video, meaning it will stay in the account and not be deleted after the sale ends, etc.

We will build out this video over 30 days, adding information about the location including its history but also any lovely places to stay or visit in the area near the island. Guests came by ferry boat to the actual Louis Vuitton cruise 2024 show.

Knowing AOC, if we can find anyway that the Vatican, Muslims and Jews got together in this area of Italy historically — and didn’t kill each other — we’ll call out that fact and the historical particulars.

The goal of the Pinterest idea pins is for AOC is to use our vast archives to create a totally unique narrative and commentary. Yes, Anne will speak. LOL.

While I don’t appreciate the overnight change at Pinterest — and this is not negotiable with them — unless I want to get rid of the business account, AOC is committed to rise to the occasion.

We had intended to start advertising AOC on Pinterest anyway, given their love of AOC. And my jewelry collection will be reborn early in 2024, and I intend to promote it on Pinterest.

SO, we must figure this out without sacrificing our aesthetic. Others don’t care. We do, as I will be moving into the $500 necklace category. Stay tuned. ~ Anne
