Global media brand & in-house creative agency tmrw has released tmrw Magazine #46, on global newsstands later this month. The entire issue is devoted to beautiful 60s design stories with an abundance of 60s vintage fashion, art and furnishings.

Anne of Carversville is entrusted with the first fashion story created for one of AOC’s fav models Elsa Hosk — a smart, sensual human with great heart. Add Elsa’s strong fervor for vintage everything and living with a keen awareness about sustainability in a modern Scandi style.

These attributes move Elsa Hosk high up on our people to watch list.

Just this afternoon we tracked down Elsa’s old-news story of gutting of her SoHo loft and reburbishing it without the help of a designer. Yes, her fantastic Soho loft used an architect because of hard-to-get permits and a major renovation. But she furnished it without a designer and the fees that accompany that design adventure in Manhattan.

Then the entrepreneurial Elsa photographed the finished loft herself and sent it over to Architectural Digest. Pure Scandi resourcefulness — and a brainiac mama oozing with sex appeal. Heavenly!

Elsa’s old Soho loft post is coming next as a twin to this one.

Her beloved Soho loft, shared with partner Tom Daly, was sold when Elsa was about seven months pregnant with their first daughter Tuulikki. The couple headed west to California, settling into the mid-century Wilkins House, built in 1949.
