One is never sure of the intention of a visual posted on another’s Instagram Page. This image found on Pia Ekman’s Instagram page resonates deeply with me, and I apologize in advance in my own response is diametrically opposed to Pia Ekman’s intention in posting it. Human communication is too often filled with misunderstandings because we are projecting onto each other.. . always.

The visual makes me think of numerous articles on AOC, , and I share the most directly relevant one. And yes, I will run the image through an online gizmo to learn more about it.

At this terrifying time in American history — when all progressive values are under assault by social conservatives, and Republicans believe that Trump is God’s man in charge of saving America from Jezebels and harlots like myself— visuals like this one have a lot of impact. ~ Anne
