By her own admission, Emily Ratajkowski does not play tennis. “I am a major fan and love working with both Michael [Kors] and Trey Laird,” Ratajkowski smiled. Laird is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of Laird+Partners, the creative vision behind many fashion industry campaigns.
The young party crowd was camped out with Ratajkowski atop Rockefeller Plaza at Bar SixtyFive, attached to the famous Rainbow Room, ready to toast the new Michael Kors x ellesse collection.
Formerly a place for the young set’s grandparents, Manhattan’s famous cocktail-crowd nightspots are standing room only in 2022.

The 24-piece capsule collection offers a range of modern performance wear with a ’70s flare from tracksuits to trainers. The marriage of Michael Kors’s relaxed American glamour and ellesse’s Italian classic sportswear pedigree has major flow, complete with a unified logo.
Ratajkowski was joined at Bar SixtyFive by her campaign co-star, Brooklyn-based musician Jay Critch. Other friends of the house, including Batsheva Hay, Valentina Ferrer, Tina Leung, the Young Emperors, James Turlington, Ezra J William, and Jessica Wang enjoyed the epic view of a Manhattan evening.
