AOC has long followed Toni Garrn’s work for girls in Africa. Toni’s latest project to support girls education is building hostels for the girls to live in — no boys around — so that they are safe and focused on their learning. Kids in Africa can be 10-15 miles from the nearest school and often with no transport, and young girls are almost always moved to the side to educate boys in families with limited resources.
