/Model Bregje Heinen fronts Frederick’s of Hollywood Spring 2020 campaign, lensed by James Macari in a Harlem laundromat.
The campaign release is perfectly timed with the pending sale of an about 55% share of Victoria’s Secret to Sycamore Partners for a paltry $1.1 billion. Frederick’s has experienced its own share of retail profitability problems and is now owned by Authentic Brands. ABG made headlines in November 2019 for acquiring Barneys New York.
In more retail news breaking today, Feb. 20 Authentic Brands has joined forces with Simon Property Group Inc, and Brookfield Property Partners LP to acquire Forever 21 stores.
