Boys Club: Ashley Madison Hack Allegedly Nabs Josh Duggar & 10,000 Govt Email Addys | Subway's Jared Fogel Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Crimes

Just when he thought he was out of the ditch for molesting girls, including four of his sisters, as a young man, family values man and former executive director of the Family Research Council Josh Duggar is the first big bust in the dump of subscribers to the Ashley Madison website. Hacked a month ago, Ashley Madison was told to cease operation or be saddled with a digital dump of members’ info. 

Duggar’s role at the very conservative Council was “to champion marriage and family as the foundation of civilization, the seedbed of virtue, and the wellspring of society.” But as the first really big fish whose identity and credit card billing address were revealed, but not the credit card #, Duggar wasn’t actually championing his great marriage on Ashley Madison.

Someone using a credit card belonging to a Joshua J. Duggar, with a billing address matching his grandmother Mary’s home in Fayetteville, Arkansas, paid a total of $986.76 for two different monthly subscriptions from February 2013 until May 2015.

The second account, opened in July 2014, was maintained from his home in Oxon Hill, Maryland. When opening that account, Duggar paid an initial fee of $250 that guaranteed an affair within three months.

Deeply embroiled in maintaining the Duggar family values, Josh’s wife Anna forgave him in a most public way for his youthful discretions, as revealed in May 2015:

It appears, though, that until the day he was busted for his youthful touchy relationships with young girls — Josh Duggar was leading another life.  And until this story broke at 5:30 pm, it seemed that the sandwich man was in the Boys Club hot seat.

Subway Pitchman Admits to Child Porn, Sex Crimes

Jared Fogel, the previously obese longtime Subway pitchman who in 2000 lost 245 pounds eating Subway food, pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of distributing pornography and attempting to pay for sex acts with children.

Fogel faces a prison term of at least five years and as much as 12.5 years. The Indiana resident also agreed to pay a $1.4 million restitution to more than a dozen child victims. He must undergo sexual disorder treatment and register as a sex offender. The defendant will plead guilty later to one count each of traveling to engage in sexual conduct with a minor and the distribution and receipt of child pornography.

Subway cut its ties to Fogle in July after the head of his charitable foundation was arrested for child pornography and investigators raided Jared Fogel’s home. Anoter person who cut ties is Fogle’s wife Katie, who filed for divorce today.

Katie Fogle issued a statement saying that she is “extremely shocked and disappointed” by the allegations and focused solely on the well-being of their two children.

10,000 Gov’t Officials’ Email Address on Hacked Ashley Madison List

Among the 36 million email addresses dumped in the Ashley Madison hack are 10-15,000 .gov addresses, depending on the source. The data dump also includes user names, first and last name, the last four digits of a credit card number with addresses, IP addresses and phone numbers.

The Daily Beast reviewed the files and found accounts linked to the email addresses of members of the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), as well as numerous officials from the Australian and British governments. The Daily Beast, however, cannot verify the authenticity of all the accounts yet.

The hack is ties to allegations that 90-95% of the Ashley Madison real profiles are from men, causing the company to be the defendent in a fake profile lawsuit.
