The world’s largest luxury brand Louis Vuitton is opening a hotel in Paris in 2026. Located at 103-111 Avenue des Champs Élysées, the 6,000 square metres property will be located next to — and will absorb — the brand’s largest shop on the world-famous boulevard.

The spectacular Art Nouveau building was built in 1896 as the Elysée Palace hotel. Most recently it was the headquarters for HSBC Bank.

“It is the most spectacular view in the world,” CEO and Chairman of the brand Pietro Beccari said of his office in the building on 103 Champs Élysées. From the location, one can see both the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower.

The choice of putting Louis Vuitton’s first hotel in Paris reflects the luxury brand’s deep attachment to the city. LVMH, acting on behalf of Louis Vuitton, Dior and Berluti will be promoting these three brands as a premium partner of the Paris 2024 Olympics.

On this very subject AOC explained this weekend why the July 26 Opening Ceremonies spectacular will defy critics saying it’s extremely high risk to do the presentation on the river Seine.

Simply stated, Bernard Arnault will not permit failure or a second-class presentation.

Instead of an ugly scaffolding construction site, the new Louis Vuitton’s hotel’s façade will be disguised as one of the brand's legendary trunks during construction. That is SO Louis V. ~ Anne
