Moving my review of Modern Vintage Design, I scanned past her new-found passion for donuts but was stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the floral arrangements from Ovando’s on Bleeker St in Manhattan. They are truly splendid!

Ovando websiteIncredibly architectural, the blooms are tightly packed and often monochromatic, giving them power and dramatic visual punch. The containers aren’t traditional vases. In fact, squares and rectangles dominate. Many of the exquisite arrangements are low and suitable for dining tables and buffets.
