THEN: Talent and entrepreneur Rosie Huntington-Whiteley covered the June-July 2018 issue of Harper's Bazaar Australia, styled by Kristen Ingersoll in designs from Alexander McQueen (cover), Dior, Emporio Armani, Calvin Klein and more, lensed by Darren McDonald./ Hair by Franco Gobbi; makeup by Katie Jane Hughes

On Monday [in 2018], Rosie made an Instagram announcement for a new something, whatever called Rose Inc. Rosie tagged the new brand's Instagram page which has the tagline 'Beauty from the Insider out.' Most industry pros say this move means that Huntington-Whiteley is launching a beauty brand. Stay tuned.

NOW: Fast-foward to May, 2024 and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley lives in London with her long-time partner actor Jason Statham. They share two children Jack Oscar, born in June, 2017, before this original post appeared on AOC, and a daughter Isabella James, born in February 2022.

Indeed, Huntington-Whiteley founded her beauty brand.

AOC shared news today, that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley made a public statement last Friday, disassociating herself from her beauty brand Rose Inc, which she launched with biotech incubator Amyris. After declaring bankruptcy in August, 2023, Rosie’s brand was sold to AA Investments (HK) Ltd., a Hong Kong-based asset management firm, for $2.5 million in December 2023. Visiting the Rose Inc website, it appears that Rosie remains involved, but she is not.

Today, we announced that Huntington-Whiteley has joined The Equity Studio as a second partner with investor Anna Sweeting. The Equity Studio will invest in growth-stage consumer companies in the early to mid stages of development in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe.
